Delays due to travel and Garrett’s car being robbed! How lovely! Maybe talking about pizza in the morning, Shawn’s dating method, a lesbian play and other such fun things will make Garrett feel better. Or maybe not.

Why does Garrett even have a car in NYC? It’s not like he’s commuting to work.

(OK, I admit it, I read Garrett’s real blog hence the Seattle joke)

We bought the car because we only have one closet and we need somewhere else to store stuff.

Actually, we have the car mostly for convenience. There aren’t a lot of good grocery stores near us, our families both live a decent distance away, and we have friends in neighboring states.

That and being able to just get out of the city and have fun in the woods.

My semi-annual episode comment will be delayed by me traveling… This will be a placeholder until I return :D

And by “fun in the woods” Garrett means, “scattering the chopped up remains of human bodies.”

I can see where having a car would make that a lot easier. You could “scatter” over a wider area.

As for airport pizza situation, my money’s on that feeling that rules don’t really apply to you. I mean, think about it- the airport itself is like some sorta portal where you’re not really “there” but not really “here” anymore either: you’ve passed thru security measures, and there’s no going back. Not only that, when you’re in the airport at six in the morning, it feels like the rules of time do not affect you either. So here we have a situation when even 4th dimention does not affect you.
I gotta say though, I like apple pizza for breakfast.

I’m familiar with those Famiglia pizza places and I think that people make a run for them at breakfast because that’s the only time of day the slices are fresh since by the evening the cheese leads me to believe they’ve been there about as long as the employees and neither looks very happy about the situation.

That or it’s because the employees of the Dunkin Donuts in JFK are all elderly latin women who can’t understand your order. I think they just make the same thing everytime and put it in different cup sizes.

True about the car. There aren’t many pig farms in walking distance from BK.

I agree with the non-applicable rule theory…that’s why it’s at the airport that I buy all my porn….and ivory.

I buy cubans at the airport…Not the cigars.
Those guys really do mean it when they say they fit into overhead storage bins…

I think ice cream is definitely a breakfast food… Don’t you guys have pancakes with syrup and ice cream? If not you should, I think you’ll be quietly surprised…

In honor of winter I think we should make mouth ice cream. Heat up some eggs, sugar, and cream, dump it in your mouth, then stick your head in the snow like an ostrich, stand up and shake your head, and repeat until you have a smooth creamy dessert. Kids love it!

That doesn’t really sound safe…

No less safe than mouth pancakes.

Or waffles if you’re like me. I prefer avoiding the oven and sticking with a waffle iron.

oh we should make instant….potato chips!

all you do is cut the potato twice, put the tiny slices on each side of the mouth, and then cook!
